Resourcera Pvt. Ltd. (“Resourcera”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same of those who use our Service. This policy explains how to report content on resourcera.com that you believe infringes your copyright, under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and India’s Copyright Act, 1957.

1. Reporting Alleged Copyright Infringement

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Notices that do not include these details may not be actionable.

If the material came from a contributor or partner, we tell them and share a copy of the notice where the law allows. We aim to act within 5 business days of receiving a complete notice.

4. Counter-Notification

If material you provided was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the Copyright Agent that includes:

  1. Your full legal name, postal address, telephone number and email address.

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Where the DMCA applies, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice, unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action.

5. Repeat Infringers

We do not allow contributors, partners or Account holders to repeatedly infringe copyright. Where someone does, we end our relationship with them and may close their Account.

6. Complaints Under Indian Law

If you are making a complaint under the Copyright Act, 1957 or the Information Technology Act, 2000, send it to [email protected] with the details listed in Section 1. We will handle it within the timelines those laws require.

7. Use of Resourcera Content by Others

8. Fair Use

Some uses of copyrighted material, such as commentary, criticism, news reporting and research, may be permitted as fair use or fair dealing. Please consider whether this applies before sending a notice. Knowingly making a false claim of infringement may make you liable for damages.
